Now that Lewis is 7 months old, he’s found his rhythm. A rolling back and forth rhythm. Day and night, this little guy has become a regular tumbler. While he sleeps, I can’t help but laugh watching him rolling around. Lucky for me, his tumbling shenanigans don’t wake him up.
That leads me to sleep. A word I’m finally getting a solid dose of. Months 4 thru 6 we got in a terrible, terrible, and let me just throw in another terrible habit of co-sleeping. It was innocent at first. Cute in fact. But then that cuteness factor wore off and Mama basically turned into a walking zombie. Not good I tell ya.
I found the trick to Lewis sleeping through the night (again) was getting him on a schedule during the days. Go figure: regular naps during the day = sleep at night.
